🍰 Simple Terms (Plain-English)
We keep things friendly and straightforward for small businesses.
How it works
- I build a demo site with your info. No payment yet.
- You review and request small changes.
- If you like it, you “buy” your package (Starter $300 / Booking $500 / 3 Pages $800).
- I register your domain, connect it, and host it for 1 month (included).
- After 1 month: take the files + domain and host anywhere, or stay on $30/mo Monthly Care (hosting + up to 1 hour small updates).
Included
- Design & setup of a clean site using your content.
- Optional booking setup (if you choose the $500 tier) using a trusted third-party app.
- Monthly Care: hosting + up to 1 hour/month for text, images, links, banners.
Not included
- Email inbox setup, complex integrations, ad/SEO campaigns, major redesigns.
- Multi-language translations (available as a separate quote).
Ownership & domain
After payment, you own your final content and get a zip of your site files to host anywhere. I register the domain in your name (or transfer within the first month). You handle renewals after transfer.

📜 Terms of Service
Who we are. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to MySiteKit at mysitekit.co.
Using the service
- You’re at least 18 and provide accurate info.
- Don’t use the site for anything unlawful or harmful.
- Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until you cancel.
Purchases & taxes
- Payments are processed by a third party (e.g., Stripe). We don’t store full card numbers.
- Taxes, if any, are calculated at checkout.
Delivery
- Digital products: download link or email after payment.
- Services: scope and timeline described on this page or by message before you pay.
IP & license
- You receive a personal license to use the delivered website for your business.
- Our templates/base components remain ours; you can use the delivered site forever.
Availability & changes
We may update features or policies over time. We aim for high uptime but don’t guarantee error-free or uninterrupted service.
Limits
To the extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for indirect or special damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.
🔒 Privacy Policy
What we collect
- Contact info you provide (name, email, business details).
- Transaction info from our payment processor (amount, time, last-4).
- Basic usage data (pages viewed, device, approximate location) via cookies/analytics.
How we use it
- To provide/improve the service and process payments.
- To send receipts and important updates.
- Fraud prevention and legal compliance.
Sharing
- Payment processing (e.g., Stripe), hosting/CDN, and analytics vendors under confidentiality.
- We may disclose if required by law or to protect rights and security.
Your choices
- You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing us.
- Use unsubscribe links for marketing emails (if we ever send them).
- Control cookies in your browser settings.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
💸 Refunds & Cancellations
Before paying
You can walk away with no cost during the demo stage.
After paying
- Within 7 days and before domain purchase: full refund if you change your mind.
- After domain is purchased or the site goes live: domain costs and work performed are non-refundable.
Subscriptions
Monthly Care renews each month. Cancel anytime to stop future charges; service ends at the end of the paid month. We don’t prorate the current month.
